Exploring The Stargate Universe

An entire generation weeped for the end of Stargate SG:1 probably the best sci-fi saga in the records of television. With 10 seasons under its belt, Stargate SG:1 is one of the longest operating sci-fi TV series ever, beating personalities in the field such as Star Trek: The Next Generation and the original Twilight Zone.
But the multitude of fans that have enjoyed the program throughout the years find relief in the truth that the programs spin-off series, Stargate Atlantis, was still running.
That is, till such time when Stargate Atlantis was likewise pulled off the airing timetable, declaring the current 5th season as its last.
What must the millions of Stargate enthusiasts look forward to? Certainly, not another cartoon series banked on the franchise, correct?
Here comes Stargate Universe, a novel take on the TV show, albeit one which will become apparent in similar universe populated by humans and Goulds, among other races.
Stargate Universe, as many viewers have observed, is actually a mixture of Stargate and Star Trek, two of the most famous and most powerful science fiction licenses in the 20th century. Stargate Universe doesnt limitedly revolve on the Stargates that have become the core of preceding television shows in the series, though the Stargates are still the core points of the narratives. As a substitute Stargate Universe utilized a spaceship much similar to the U.S.S. Enterprise.
As the tale goes, an ancient vessel released by an aged society has been discovered. The spaceship, which was labeled Destiny, was boarded by a group of travelers, specifically Colonel Everett Young, Tamara Jon, Chloe Carpenter, Eli Hitchcock, Lt. Jared Nash, and Ron “Psycho” Stasiak.
But Destiny has a pre-programmed course, beyond the control of its team.
Thus, the spce vessel commenced its trip, taking with it the group of travelers to farfetched stars to encounter new acquaintances and new enemies, performing some indefinite missions plotted by the ancient culture.
Is the Destiny destined to be a vehicle that will unite the world, or a weapon that is designed to obliterate it?
Indeed, the dynamics of the franchise have been changed with the pending presentation of Stargate Universe. But as a Stargate viewer would tell you, a flower by any new label would smell just as fresh.
Even though that flower gets the shape of an intergalactic combat cruiser.
